Friendly, upbeat, and dedicated to helping others, Josh Brown is an essential part of the Cyber Fits team as our IT & Client Support Technician.

Josh’s journey into IT began back in college, where he studied IT and Cyber Security. It was there that he met Matt, our Managing Director, sparking a connection that would later bring him to Cyber Fits. After going on to complete his degree, Josh joined Matt in building the company, bringing both technical skills and a passion for great customer service.

Before working in IT, Josh started his customer service career as a store assistant at Aldi, where he developed strong people skills and a genuine love for helping others. Today, he combines that same enthusiasm with his IT knowledge to solve problems and keep clients happy. Every day, Josh comes to work with a smile, and clients love chatting with him, knowing they’re in good hands.

Outside of work, you’ll often find Josh on the dance floor, showing off his signature move, the worm. If you ever meet him in person, don’t be surprised if he’s willing to give you a demonstration.
