Cyber Fits was started by two brothers who were always the ones friends and family called when technology stopped working. Today we look after businesses across the North East, and we still treat every client the way we would want to be treated.
Honest, down to earth IT support
Growing up, we were the people everyone rang about a slow laptop, a printer that would not print or WiFi that just would not work. We saw a real need for trustworthy, down to earth IT support that did not overcomplicate things or leave people feeling silly for asking.
That is still what Cyber Fits is about. We are a small team based in Sunderland, working with businesses of around 5 to 100 staff across Tyne and Wear, County Durham and Teesside. We get to know our clients, their people and their systems, and we explain things in plain English.
Good IT support is not just about fixing problems. It is about being reliable, being honest about what you need and what you do not, and helping your business grow with confidence.

Matt
Managing Director
Matt co-founded Cyber Fits with his brother and runs the business day to day. He studied Cyber Security and Networking at Northumbria University and still works hands on with clients, planning networks, security and new systems so they are set up properly from the start.
Isaac
Business Development Manager
Isaac has been with Cyber Fits from the very start and is usually the first person new clients speak to. He takes the time to understand how your business works, then makes sure the support, phones or broadband we suggest genuinely fit what you need.
Khoby
IT Support and Field Installation Technician
Khoby holds a degree in Computer Networks and Cyber Security. He looks after day to day support requests and is the engineer you are most likely to see on site, setting up new computers, installing network cabinets and fixing problems that need hands on help.
Josh
IT and Client Support Technician
Josh studied IT and Cyber Security and is one of the friendly voices on our support line. He helps clients with everything from Microsoft 365 and email to printers and new starters, and always explains what went wrong in plain English.
Emily
Customer Success Specialist
Emily looks after our clients once they are on board. She makes sure new clients get a smooth start, checks in regularly to see how things are going, and makes sure any request is followed through until it is done.
