What counts as a user?
A user is a person who uses your IT, such as an employee with their own email and computer. Shared devices like a reception PC or a meeting room screen are included in your quote. We will agree the count with you before you sign.
Is there a setup fee?
Onboarding covers documenting your systems, installing our monitoring and security tools and taking over from your previous provider. Any onboarding cost is set out clearly in your proposal before you agree to anything.
How long is the contract?
Managed IT support usually runs on a 12 month minimum term. That gives us time to properly document and improve your systems, and keeps your monthly cost predictable.
What is not included?
Plans cover looking after your existing IT. New hardware, software licences such as Microsoft 365, and larger projects such as office moves or migrations are quoted separately, so you always know what you are paying for and why.
Can we change plan later?
Yes. You can move up a plan whenever you need more, and your monthly cost adjusts as you add or remove users.
Are prices shown with VAT?
Business prices are shown excluding VAT, which is added at the standard rate on your invoice.
