Find out moreNewcastle is the commercial heart of the North East, with a large professional services sector, two universities and a growing technology scene. Many of the firms that make up that economy are small and medium sized businesses that rely completely on their IT but do not have an IT department of their own.
That is who Cyber Fits works for. We are a family run IT company based in Sunderland, a short drive down the A1231 and A19, and we look after businesses of around 5 to 100 staff across Tyneside. We do not have a Newcastle office and we will not pretend to: what we offer is a small, local team that can be with you in person when needed and is on the end of the phone the rest of the time.
Most day to day problems are fixed remotely. Your team calls us on 0191 543 3432, emails support@cyberfits.co.uk or logs a ticket, and an engineer connects securely to the computer with their permission. That is usually much quicker than waiting for someone to arrive.
When a job needs hands on help, such as new equipment, cabling, a WiFi survey or a faulty firewall, an engineer travels up from Sunderland. City centre parking and access can be awkward, so we plan visits around your building and, for planned work, can come in early or arrange times that cause least disruption. Our support hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.
Newcastle has no shortage of IT companies. Here is what we think makes us worth talking to.
The best way to find out whether we are a good fit is a free IT review. We look at your current setup, listen to what is frustrating your team and give you an honest summary, whether or not you go on to work with us.
