Find out moreCyber Fits is a family run IT company that was started in Sunderland by two brothers. Our team lives and works on Wearside, and our clients are mostly within an hour of us. For businesses in the city that means you are dealing with people who know the area, can get to you without a long journey and will still be here next year.
We work with businesses of around 5 to 100 staff: solicitors and accountants, dental and lettings businesses, engineering firms, charities and independent shops. Most do not have an IT person of their own, or have one person who has become "the IT person" on top of their real job. We take that weight off them.
Sunderland has a very mixed business base, and the IT problems we are asked to solve reflect that.
Everything can be combined into one fixed monthly support plan, so you know what you are paying.
Through our sister brands we also provide business phones with Virtual Voice Office and business broadband with Cyber Fibre, so your IT, phones and internet connection come from one place.
When something goes wrong, call us on 0191 543 3432, email support@cyberfits.co.uk or log a ticket in our portal. Most problems, such as a stuck Outlook, a password reset or a printer that has stopped working, can be fixed remotely. With your permission, an engineer connects securely to the computer and fixes it while you watch, which is usually the quickest option for you.
Some jobs need someone on site: a failed switch, a new starter's desk, a WiFi upgrade or a server that will not start. Because we are in Sunderland, getting an engineer to an office in the city centre, at Doxford or on an industrial estate is straightforward. Our support hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.
There are plenty of IT companies that will support you from a call centre somewhere else. We think local support works better for smaller businesses, for a few simple reasons.
If you would like to see where your IT stands, book a free IT review. We will look at your setup, security and backups, and give you a plain English summary of what we found.
