Find out moreNorth Tyneside has some of the largest office parks in the North East alongside historic riverside and coastal towns. Cobalt Business Park, beside the A19, and Quorum Business Park at Longbenton are among the biggest office locations in the region. The riverside from Wallsend to North Shields has a long industrial history and is now home to offshore energy, engineering and marine businesses, while Tynemouth, Whitley Bay and Cullercoats have a lively mix of independent shops, hospitality and professional practices.
Cyber Fits is a family run IT company based in Sunderland, through the Tyne Tunnel and down the A19. We look after businesses of around 5 to 100 staff across Tyneside. We do not have an office in North Tyneside; we support you remotely every day and come to you in person when a job needs it.
North Tyneside's business parks see a lot of movement, as businesses grow, downsize or move into serviced and shared offices. An office move is one of the easiest times for IT to go wrong: broadband ordered too late, phones that will not port across, a network that does not suit the new layout or a server that has nowhere sensible to live.
We plan moves as IT projects. That means checking the new building's cabling and connectivity early, ordering broadband and phone number transfers in good time, designing WiFi for the new space and moving equipment out of hours so your team walks into a working office. It is also a good moment to retire an old server in favour of Microsoft 365 and cloud services.
Most problems are fixed remotely. Call 0191 543 3432, email support@cyberfits.co.uk or log a ticket, and an engineer connects securely to the computer with your permission to fix it.
When something needs hands on work, such as a network fault, new equipment, cabling or a WiFi upgrade, an engineer travels from Sunderland. The Tyne Tunnel and A19 make Cobalt, Quorum, Wallsend and North Shields straightforward to reach, and we plan larger jobs around your working hours. Our support hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.
